Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z serwisu GPXHUB.EU. Założenie konta oznacza akceptację tego regulaminu.
Postanowienia ogólne
Serwis GPXHUB.EU (MotoTrace GPX Hub) umożliwia publikowanie, przeglądanie i edycję tras motocyklowych w formacie GPX oraz korzystanie ze społeczności motocyklistów.
Serwis ma charakter społecznościowy. Nie jesteśmy biurem podróży, przewodnikiem górskim ani organizatorem imprez. Trasy pochodzą od użytkowników.
Konto
Konto może założyć osoba, która ma ukończone 16 lat, podaje prawdziwy e-mail i akceptuje regulamin oraz informacje o danych osobowych.
Odpowiadasz za poufność hasła i za treści publikowane z Twojego konta. Administrator może zawiesić lub usunąć konto przy naruszeniu regulaminu albo z powodów bezpieczeństwa.
Trasy i treści
Publikując trasę, oświadczasz, że masz prawo nią dysponować i że nie narusza ona praw osób trzecich. Udzielasz serwisowi niewyłącznej licencji na wyświetlanie, przechowywanie i udostępnianie trasy w ramach GPXHUB.EU.
Zabrania się publikowania treści bezprawnych, obraźliwych, spamu, złośliwego oprogramowania oraz tras celowo wprowadzających w błąd co do przebiegu albo zagrożeń.
Bezpieczeństwo na drodze
Każdą trasę jedziesz na własną odpowiedzialność. Sprawdź przebieg, nawierzchnię, przepisy i warunki pogodowe. GPX nie zastępuje zdrowego rozsądku, uprawnień i ubezpieczenia.
Odpowiedzialność
Serwis jest udostępniany „tak jak jest”. Nie gwarantujemy nieprzerwanej dostępności ani kompletności danych mapowych i wysokościowych. W najszerszym zakresie dopuszczonym prawem nie odpowiadamy za szkody wynikłe z korzystania z tras innych użytkowników.
Zmiany i prawo właściwe
Możemy zaktualizować regulamin. Nowa wersja obowiązuje od publikacji na tej stronie. Prawem właściwym jest prawo polskie, a spory rozstrzygają sądy właściwe według przepisów o konsumentach i właściwość ogólna.

These terms govern the use of GPXHUB.EU. Creating an account means you accept them.
General
GPXHUB.EU (MotoTrace GPX Hub) lets you publish, browse and edit motorcycle routes as GPX and take part in the rider community.
The service is community-run. We are not a travel agency, mountain guide or event organiser. Routes come from users.
Account
An account may be created by a person aged 16 or over who provides a real email address and accepts the terms and the privacy information.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for content published from your account. The operator may suspend or delete an account for a terms breach or for security reasons.
Routes and content
By publishing a route you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant the service a non-exclusive licence to display, store and share the route within GPXHUB.EU.
You must not publish illegal or abusive content, spam, malware, or routes that deliberately mislead about the course or hazards.
Riding safety
You ride every route at your own risk. Check the course, surface, traffic rules and weather. A GPX file does not replace common sense, a licence or insurance.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete map and elevation data. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for damage arising from other users’ routes.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The new version applies from publication on this page. Polish law applies. Disputes are heard by the courts with jurisdiction under consumer rules and general venue.

Der Dienst ist community-basiert. Wir sind kein Reisebüro, Bergführer oder Veranstalter. Routen stammen von Nutzern.
Konto
Ein Konto darf anlegen, wer mindestens 16 Jahre alt ist, eine echte E-Mail angibt und die Bedingungen sowie die Datenschutzhinweise akzeptiert.
Du bist für die Geheimhaltung des Passworts und für Inhalte aus deinem Konto verantwortlich. Der Betreiber kann ein Konto bei Verstoß oder aus Sicherheitsgründen sperren oder löschen.
Routen und Inhalte
Mit der Veröffentlichung bestätigst du, dass du die Route teilen darfst und keine Rechte Dritter verletzt. Du räumst dem Dienst eine nicht ausschließliche Lizenz ein, die Route innerhalb von GPXHUB.EU anzuzeigen, zu speichern und bereitzustellen.
Unzulässig sind rechtswidrige oder beleidigende Inhalte, Spam, Schadsoftware und Routen, die Verlauf oder Gefahren bewusst falsch darstellen.
Sicherheit unterwegs
Jede Route fährst du auf eigenes Risiko. Prüfe Verlauf, Untergrund, Vorschriften und Wetter. Eine GPX-Datei ersetzt weder gesunden Menschenverstand noch Führerschein oder Versicherung.
Haftung
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit und keine vollständigen Karten- oder Höhendaten. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht für Schäden aus Routen anderer Nutzer.
Änderungen und Recht
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Die neue Fassung gilt ab Veröffentlichung auf dieser Seite. Es gilt polnisches Recht. Zuständig sind die Gerichte nach Verbraucherrecht und allgemeinem Gerichtsstand.
